AID AND CLIMATE:FROM FINANCING TO FINANCIALISATION?

We are pleased to invite you to participate in a seminar IFRA is co-organising with the Rift Valley Institute (RVI).

On October 3 at 10am, at the BIEA offices, we are thrilled to host two eminent speakers: Savero Kratli, Editor of Nomadic Peoples will give a presentation on the increasing financialisation of both the aid system and the climate agenda, and its implications for pastoral livelihood systems. Guyo Roba, Head of Jameel Observatory at ILRI will be discussing and providing further insight into the topic. The session will be moderate by Michael Ochieng Odhiambo, Head of Programs at RVI.
